WE MUST START PROMPTLY ON TIME!!!

Please have a look at the menu and give Danni your selection and the full amount of £21.50 per person by 3^rd December THE LATEST!!!

MENU

Starters:

* Chef's Homemade Soup of the Day

*Chilled melon, homemade cranberry sorbet, thyme syrup (V)

*Roasted sweet potatoes risotto, pumpkin seed oil, crispy parsnip (V)

* Chicken rillettes with tarragon blinis, apricot salsa, dressed rocket

Main Courses:

*Roasted vegetables feuillantine, saffron cream (V)

* Pork cutlet, vanilla scented mash, braised chicory, amaretto demi

* Scotish salmon, griddled artichokes, rosemary crème fraiche

 * Roulade of Turkey with Apricot Stuffing, Sweet Potato Fondant & Chestnut Gravy

All Main Courses are served with Chef's Fresh Seasonal Vegetables and Potato Dish

Desserts:

* Traditional Plum Pudding, Calvados Clotted Cream & Roasted Apples

* Pistachio crème brulèe, cappuccino ice cream

*Eggnot mousse, nutmeg biscuits

* Selection of homemade ice creams
